Europier Terminal Heathrow, Terminal 2
Crouch Waterfall was engaged by Hughes and Salvidge Demolition Engineers to provide structural engineering input into the demolition of the Europier Terminal at London Heathrow Airport.
As part of the £1billion Terminal 2 development currently under construction, parts of the Terminal needed to be demolished. The centre element of the pier was to be left in situ and operational whilst the two end sections were removed.
These demolition works were completed in early 2012.
